We're beginning with Sally, who is a Hair Loss Specialist and Beauty Therapist.
"I began volunteering at Cancer Hair Care in November 2012.
"As a Hair Loss Specialist, my role means I have to be a great, empathetic listener who, above all, is there to support and care for every person who needs us."
"Cancer Hair Care means so much to me. Our charity often sees women at the beginning of their cancer journey who are often lost, frightened and scared. To support them and give them hope while they're going through treatment is invaluable."

We have launched a new clinic at Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood.
This month’s dates are:
Tuesday 9th May 9am-2pm
Tuesday 16th May 9am-2pm
Monday 22nd May from 9am-3pm
You can drop by or make an appointment with one of our Hair Loss Specialists.
Our hair loss support is FREE of charge and includes a support pack and advice on:
• Making your plan for hair loss
• Scalp Cooling
• Scarf ‘try and tie’ session
• Wig care and tips
• New hair growth
• Temporary colours

Our bedside visits to children's hospitals have provided hundreds of children with red, white and blue coronation-themed headwear and therapeutic hair loss items so that they can join in with the celebrations.
We are always grateful to work with dedicated Therapeutic Play Specialists such as Alanna, pictured here with Jasmin (Cancer Hair Care Founder), at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
