Thank you for taking the time to read our terms, conditions and legal framework. Here you will find our framework for all of our online and offline services including emails and other ways we work with you. Sometimes legal wording can seem complex and rather impersonal especially at a sensitive time like this, but we have tried our best to make our statements short, to the point and easy to understand. You may have come to this website via one of our leaflets or an email. Whatever relationship we have with you we really do care to run our services in a helpful and respectful way.
Kindly note that where Cancer Hair Care is stated this is always in relation to the service run by our charity Caring Hair.
You are currently located at the charitable organisation website for Cancer Hair Care. Where the word ‘charity’ is mentioned we would direct you to our About us page that will tell you all about our charity Caring Hair who run this service.
Why do we have legal terms?
In the modern times we live in it is necessary to have legal terms, conditions, disclaimers and other legal information. This is to protect both your’s, and our, best interests. This legal language is at times required to be written in a certain way. This prevents us from using comforting words and language that we feel is more appropriate. We will do our best to present this information with care and sensitivity. However at times we are required to use clear legal language.
Please read the below information and terms carefully as when you use our Website you accept these terms as governing the relationship between us at the date of your first use of this Website. This is a standard on a Website.
We hope that you find the information and support from our Website helpful. We really care about you and your hair care.
